Oral: 1 to 2 times per day, 1 drop. Actions to be diluted in a spoonful of honey or an herbal infusion. P>
Skin: Massage bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil p>.
Squirt: 5 to 10 drops depending on your taste or the size of the room p>.
