Dosage and use
For daily use. The roller has more capacity (75 ml) and lasts 50% longer than standard deos (50 ml).

It is important to know how exactly this deo works, because it is possible that your body reacts at first because it wants to get rid of waste. This can cause small irritations on the skin and can be annoying, but it is important to persevere. Give your body at least three weeks to get used to it. And remember that you are also replenishing your magnesium balance this way. The magnesium is absorbed extra well under the armpits. Two birds with one stone!

If you notice that your skin is reacting, it is also good to use more magnesium because you are probably not balanced. We recommend taking foot baths twice a week or using magnesium oil regularly.
