This kit contains: ( 4 x 10 ml ):
- lemon essential oil organic
- Grapefruit essential oil organic
- Organic green mandarin essential oil
- Orange essential oil organic

Usage
Oral: 2 x per day 1 to 2 drops. To be taken diluted in a spoonful of honey or in a herbal infusion.
Skin: Massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Atomization: 5 to 10 drops in function of your taste or the size of the room.
